1. All parties agree to follow the Community of Trust Legal Framework which includes the concepts of Title to your data, ownership, control, monetization and honoring the rights of others to do the same. This includes the CoT Owner Agreement, the End User License Agreement (EULA) the Declaration Certificate agreement, the Network Privacy Patent, the CoT Interconnected Agreement and Addenda and any other Agreements need to establish and enforce the rights of individuals to own, control and monetize their digital self within the CoT framework and between 3rd parties or other Communities of Trust globally.

2. Authenticity

Creators must produce original content. Impersonation, creating fake profiles, or misrepresenting your work is prohibited. Use of AI for deep fakes is prohibited.

3. Safety and Respect

Avoid sharing violent, graphic, or harmful content. We do not tolerate bullying, harassment, or threats. We follow the laws of the USA so for example promoting violence is strictly forbidden.

4. Mature Content

Content flagged as 18+ must be appropriately marked. Explicit content must be shared responsibly, ensuring it is suitable for intended audiences.

5. Legal Compliance

Users must comply with all relevant laws and regulations. Promoting illegal activities, self-harm, or any form of exploitation is strictly prohibited.

6. Privacy Protection

Respect the privacy of others. Sharing personal information without consent is not allowed.

7. Reporting and Enforcement

Report violations of these guidelines through our reporting tool. We review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal or account suspension.
