This release form is provided by Bryan Allyn McDonald, hereinafter referred to as the "Data Owner," 
to [Third Party's Name/Organization Listed Above], hereinafter referred to as the "Data User."
 This document serves to grant the Data User certain rights to the Data Owner's Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) under the terms and conditions set forth herein and in accordance with the Patent No.: US 10,084,757 B2 ‘IOWN.ME’ Declaration Certificate. 
1. DIGITAL IDENTITY RELEASE AGREEMENT Grant of Likeness Release: "I hereby grant [Main Party] the authorization to use my voice, image, or likeness in connection with agreed-upon Event/s. The specific use and selection of content shall be mutually agreed upon by the ‘Data Owner’ and ‘Data User’ in the “Release Clause.” “This encompasses television programs, advertising, publicity, promotional activities, merchandising, and other commercial uses." 
2. DIGITAL IDENTITY RELEASE FORM Title of Self Ownership: I, Bryan Allyn McDonald, declare that I own my digital self and have title to myself, including but not limited to my Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL), as per the ‘IOWN.ME’ Declaration Certificate (Patent No.: US 10,084,757 B2). I affirm my inalienable right to own myself in both the physical and digital worlds, as self-attested and declared through ‘IOWN.ME’ patent.
 Release Clause: I hereby grant the Data User the right to use my Name, Image, and Likeness for purposes including, [specify purposes - e.g., advertising, promotion, etc.]. . This grant is subject to the limitations and stipulations as noted herein. 
Compensation: In exchange for the rights granted above, the Data User agrees to provide the following compensation to the Data Owner:

Both parties acknowledge that this agreement is subject to and compliant with the rules and regulations set forth by relevant authorities and organizations. This Agreement is effective upon the signatures of both parties and a response email by me confirming and “AGREE” to the contract.
